Fleecing our aged citizens, the most vulnerable of our population, certainly warrants no mercy or compassion.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Mr. X charged in the local official records section of the newspaper for running the old "We're in the neighborhood and have a little bit left over, do you want us to tar your roof?" scam.
X's meager income would be best retained by avoiding the Kreskin-esque stock selection methods he has employed to date.
